V.S.Sunil Kumar prominent CPI leader from Thrissur. He was Agriculture Minister of Kerala from 2016 to 2021. He was born on May 30, 1967, to V. S. Subrahmannian and C. K. Premavathy. He is married to Adv. Rekha and has a son. His powerful political oratory skill is very much celebrated in social media.
He started his political career with the All India Students' Federation at the time of his high school life. He graduated from Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur. Sunil Kumar completed his L.L.B. from Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram. He was holding different posts at the AISF state and national levels.
