इसके लिए सरकार जिम्मेदार है क्यूँकि एक बाँध के निर्माण के लिए काफी पुराना मन्दिर अपनी जगह से हटाया गया जिससे देवि आपदा का समाना करना पड़ा.

We all are responsible. Yes We all. Even if we all are not living in Uttarakhand but whatever the people and govt. doing there is happening in all over India. Neglecting the environment and basic rules to leave in the ares like Uttarakhand. People want land near by temple and river because some of wants to live near temple, most of them wish to earn money as visitors will stay there to feel the nature closely. Govt. also not stopping this because they are generating revenue and fulfilling their money bank and all these is not happening honestly but with bribe to allot land illegally. It is naturally and very common sense that living on the river bank or on hills is not safe, but still we all are avoiding this and now suffering with the lose. Govt. and people both are responsible for this. I said we all are because even if we live in groud area of country we are not doing nothing to support the few people trying to save such places and nature,including media also. Media is highlighting
