नहीं.कानून होता ही है किसी की जान बचाने के लिए.यदि ऐसा नहीं है तो वह् गैरकानूनी है.

कानून की मर्यादा इसी में है कि वह व्यापक रूप से प्राकृतिक नियमो के अनुरूप जन हित का हो .

This is not the mistake of Dr. This is the mistake of Airland's law..... Every one has to do as law says.... So it is wrong to say that Dr. is the image of Yamraj.... At least in this case.... This is my point of view....

This world is famous for excuses. A profession that is always believed to be next to God turns Devil lot of times. What the use of that law and practice that left someone in need. Human made the law not law made the human. The person and politician responsible should be strictly punished. My prayer goes toward Savita and her beloved family.
